Dr Alexandros Mallios is a vascular and endovascular surgeon with a particular focus on haemodialysis access and minimally invasive treatment.

Trained in Greece, France and the United States, he has helped advance percutaneous AVF creation in Europe and has contributed extensively to the clinical literature on vascular access. His practice combines high-volume surgery, ultrasound-guided intervention and long-term preservation of each patient’s vascular options.
